Dates: March 15 - April 1, 2025
1. Eligibility:
โข Only students of Datta Meghe College of Engineering are allowed to participate.
2. Participants:
โข Must be from technical branches: Computer, IT, EXTC, and AI&DS.
3. Team Formation:
โข Teams can consist of 3 to 4 members.
โข Each team must have a unique team name.
โข Cross-year and cross-branch teams are allowed.
Deadline: March 28, 2025
1. Submission Format:
โข Teams must submit a PPT covering the problem statement, idea, tech stack.
2. Deadline:
โข All submissions must be made before the given deadline. Late entries will not be considered.
3. Shortlisting:
โข Selected teams will advance to Round 2.
Date: March 29, 2025
1. Platform: The hackathon will be hosted on Discord. All team members must join the server.
2. Duration: A continuous 24-hour coding challenge.
3. Monitoring: Teams must stay active on Discord. Random check-ins and screen-sharing sessions will be conducted. Any rule violations may result in disqualification.
4. Submission: Code must be pushed to GitHub with a README explaining setup and functionality. A short demo video is optional but recommended.
5. Video Submission: Teams must submit a project demo video before 4:00 AM on March 30, 2025.
Date: March 30, 2025
1. Evaluation: Judges will review submitted projects based on functionality, innovation, and execution.
2. Finalist Announcement: Top 10 finalist teams will be selected and announced.
3. Video Evaluation: The judges will review each team's submitted video and project to assess functionality, innovation, and execution.
Date: April 1, 2025
1. Presentation: Teams will showcase their projects in front of judges at the college. Each team gets 8-10 minutes to present, followed by a Q&A session to explain their approach and decision-making process.
2. Evaluation Criteria: Projects will be judged based on functionality, innovation, technical complexity, and presentation clarity. Teams should effectively communicate their problem-solving approach and execution.
3. Results & Prizes: Winners will be announced after all presentations. Prizes and certificates will be awarded at the college, recognizing the best innovations and technical excellence.
